Product Description

Features

1. It is mainly consist of rolls, frame, bearing, roll nip adjusting, screws, heating and cooling device,
emergency stop, lubrication system and such sections as electrical controls and so on.

2. The rolls are made of  alloy chilled cast iron. Their working surfaces are of high hardness and wear-resistant.

3. The working temperature of  the bored roll is adjusted by steam, cooling water or oil in order to meet the

    requirements of milling process.

4. Roll nip adjustment is realized by hand or electrical operation which can obtain high accuracy and sensitivity.
